Kedet Store — Return and Refund Policy

Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To request a return, email jeaneliejourdain@gmail.com with your order number and reason for returning. Once approved, we will provide the U.S. return address and instructions. Please contact us before sending any item back. Do not send returns to the supplier or the address on the original shipping package.

Return Shipping
Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns. Kedet Store covers necessary return shipping for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. No restocking fee applies.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Contact us promptly with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges
For a different design, request a return and place a separate order.

Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible to request cancellation. Orders already shipped cannot be canceled but may qualify for return.
